Homesnap did an office training for their agents and we were wowed by how much they already knew and how far they’d run with Homesnap before we even got there. I walked in and found some Homesnap client invite brochures that they had already customized for their agents. I have no doubt this savviness extends to their client service and buying/selling experience.

Rick helped us buy our condo and sell our old home. He gave us good advice about the condo association, the builder of the condo and the number of owner-occupied units. He showed us other condos that were comparable. He gave us ideas to help us get our home ready to sell and he discussed the pros and cons of renting our home versus selling it. Rick has many years of experience and is very honest. He is someone who can be trusted with all of the details. Thanks to Rick’s advice we were able to sell our home in 33 days.
